by using todo notes, you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, please don't use our service. we reserve the right to update these terms at any time, so check back occasionally.

service description

todo notes is a note-taking and task management app that helps you organize your thoughts and stay productive. our service lets you capture ideas, create to-do lists, and access your notes from anywhere—remember, the app is meant to be helpful, not infallible.

acceptable use

you agree to:

• use the app for personal note-taking and task management
• keep your icloud account secure
• not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• respect others' privacy and intellectual property
• comply with all applicable laws and regulations

prohibited activities

you must not:

• use the service for harassment, stalking, or malicious purposes
• attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
• upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• violate anyone's privacy or intellectual property rights
• use bots or automated systems to abuse the service
• resell or redistribute our service without permission

your content

the notes and tasks you create in todo notes belong to you. we don't access, read, or share your notes. your content is synced via icloud, which is managed by apple's privacy policies.

payments & subscriptions

some features require a paid subscription. payments are processed securely through third-party providers. subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis per our refund policy.

intellectual property

todo notes, our logo, and all original content are owned by bypass inc. you may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without explicit permission. you retain ownership of the notes and content you create.

limitation of liability

todo notes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. we're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. use at your own risk.

privacy & data

your privacy matters to us. please review our privacy policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. by using todo notes, you also agree to our privacy practices.

termination

we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. you can also delete your account at any time from your profile settings. upon termination, your data will be handled per our privacy policy.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of japan. any disputes will be resolved in the courts of tokyo, japan. if any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect.
